Personal Health Information – Mobile Numbers Text messaging, also known as SMS, is one of the methods that Life Savers Emergency Room uses to communicate with new and returning patients. After opting in to receive text messaging, LSER will send periodic texts regarding new services, health tips, and registration links. LSER will only text you up to eight messages per month and only when we deem it helpful and important. Text messaging will be used by authorized personnel of Life Savers Emergency Room and may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. No purchase is required to receive text messages from LSER, and we do not charge to receive them. However, standard text messaging rates from your wireless carrier may still apply. Any costs related to receiving a text message are the responsibility of the individual receiving it. Check with your cellphone provider for details on receiving text messages (SMS). Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of receiving any treatment or services. Texts may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.
